These trainings are a good way of improving your English writing skills. It will come in handy if you want to pursue a career in writing. In fact you can practice it here in Hive already.
Oral or spoken english on the other hand, you just need to watch english comedy series. I strongly recommend you watch Friends and How I met Your Mother. :)
