Over the past few days, the temperature here in the Philippines has been scorching high. Most of the time, we are tucked in our home with air-conditioning unit for the whole day. This month as I have received our electricity bill we are to pay 4,312 PHP around $74.00.
April's birthday is coming, and she planned to celebrate it with a mini-swimming elsewhere. Pansol in Calamba Laguna is a famous place for outings, the only problem is the place is known for hot springs, and since the weather is hot springs are a no-go. Unfamiliar with the place where we could spend her day, we were informed that there was a resort nearby thirty minutes away from home.
Tatay ( April's father) reached out to the tricycle operator he knew of and agreed he would pick us up around 8:00 in the morning.
The sun just started to rise, even so, it was still hot. The ride was smooth, and no mishaps happened along the way. Upon our arrival at Boying's Resort, the attendant greeted us and inquired about our reservations. April gave her full name and we paid for our place. Per adult costs 50 PHP or $1.00 and the price of the cottage varies.
We got the Yambo cottage at around 500 PHP which is good for six to seven persons. After leaving our stuff, April, Dyn-dyn and I tried to test the waters.
The pools are running water from the mountains, and yes it was freezing cold. We enjoyed playing in the pool as April and I take turns on carrying Dyn-dyn around. It's a good thing that we booked during weekdays as when we had a chat with one of the regulars in a cottage nearby, weekends can be chaotic as a lot of folks are around swimming and running.
Our viand was grilled liempo, we also bought hotdogs in the store nearby as we forgot to bring one. The funny thing is that we were rushing to get into the place, Tatay left the rice they had cooked at home. The good thing is we have our cauldron available as we brought some soup for breakfast.
As everyone's swimming I am tasked with grilling our food. While grilling I also took some shots of the area as well.
We stayed until 3:00 PM, and we were fetched by the driver who left us in the morning. I enjoyed the dip and have agreed that we will be back since the place is cheap and near to our place aside from that the location is beautiful too!
The heat these days is unbearable, especially between 10 am to 4 pm. It's awesome that you found a place to cool down and have fun. ❤️
Sa true lang! Kanina we left our home at around 7 in the morning sobrang init na. kahit maligo ng 3x super init parin.
Nice. Glad to see that you enjoyed with your family. Bumaba electric bill namin pero gastos pa rin talaga. !PIZZA
Hahaha nako sobrang laki parin ng bill we are expecting a surge pa this May nakoo
Good plan yan.

The place is affordable too. @tpkidkai
Nice! Since the water comes from the mountains, it means it is regularly changed. A lot of resorts like this are also present in our place, I most love it when it is surrounded by trees.
