Hello friends. Today I had dinner with my daughter at a Korean restaurant for the first time. It was a first and special experience for me.

My daughter is nine years old and a fan of Korean culture. He is very curious about Far Eastern culture, especially Korean culture. He watches a lot of videos about Korea. Blackpink fan. He even downloaded a program to his phone to learn Korean. He tries to learn a word every day. He has wanted to go to a Korean restaurant for a long time. Today we are at the newly opened Sopung Kore restaurant in Antalya Konyaaltı.

The restaurant has a simpler design than I expected. I was expecting something cooler and more local. But its simplicity is also nice. The waiters are Turkish and they know the menu. The waiters were very polite and attentive and gave us information about the menu and dishes.

Since my daughter is familiar with Korean food, it took a short time for her to choose. It took me a while to read the ingredients of each dish. And I took advice from the waiters. They warned that the food portions were large. They prevented us from ordering too much. Otherwise, my daughter would want to taste every dish on the menu.

With the advice of the waiter; I ordered Yaki Udon. My daughter; He ordered Su Gan (chicken) and Corn Dog (sausage). And in addition to these, as an appetizer; Ordered Danmoji, Mu and coleslaw.

I tried to eat the food with chopsticks first. My daughter uses the chopsticks very well. But my test with the chopsticks was not very successful. And I continued eating with a fork. The food was very different from what I was used to.

The sweet and spicy culture in food is very different from our Turkish food. The sweet hot sauce taste, which I didn't like in my first bite, turned into an actually nice taste later on. But it would be more suitable for me if the sugar content was less. The sour and bitter taste in the chicken seemed more delicious to me. I liked the pickled radish. I like to eat radishes. I tasted the hot dog; The outer casing was delicious, but I'm not much of a sausage lover. My daughter ate everything with pleasure. The most important thing for me was that my daughter loved and was happy.

The restaurant had nice Korean costumes for visitors to try. My daughter loved the clothes. I think the prices of the food are a little higher than normal. But it was delicious and enjoyable. Eating food from a different world cuisine was a very nice and special experience. Thank you very much for reading.

Merhaba arkadaşlar. Bugün ilk defa bir Kore restoranında kızımla yemek yedim. Benim için ilk ve özel bir deneyim oldu.

Kızım dokuz yaşında ve bir Kore kültürü hayranı. Uzak Doğu kültürünü özellikle Kore kültürünü çok merak ediyor. Kore ile ilgili bir çok video izliyor. Blackpink hayranı. Hatta Korece öğrenmek için telefonuna program indirmiş. Her gün bir kelime öğrenmeye çalışıyor. Uzun zamandırda Kore restoranına gitmek istiyordu. Bugün Antalya Konyaaltı'n da yeni açılan Sopung Kore resturantındayız.

Restaurantın beklediğimden daha sade bir tasarımı var. Ben daha havalı ve yerel bekliyordum. Ama sadeliği de hoş. Garsonlar Türk ve menüye hakimler. Garsonlar çok kibar ve ilgili bir şekilde menü ve yemeklerle ilgili bize bilgi verdiler.

Kızım Kore yemeklerine aşina olduğu için seçmesi kısa sürdü. Ben her yemeğin içeriğini okumam biraz zaman aldı. Ve garsonlar dan tavsiye aldım. Yemek porsiyonların büyük olduğu uyarısında bulundular. Çok fazla sipariş vermemizi önlediler. Yoksa kızım menüdeki her yemeği tatmak isteyecektir.

Ben garsonun tavsiyesi ile; Yaki Udon sipariş ettim. Kızım; Su Gan (tavuk) ve Corn Dog ( sosis) sipariş etti. Ve bunlara ilaveten meze olarak da; Danmoji, Mu ve lahana salatası sipariş etti.

Yemekleri önce çubuklarla yemeye çalıştım. Kızım çubukları çok güzel kullanıyor..Ama benim çubuklarla sınavım çok başarılı olmadı. Ve yemeğe çatalla devam ettim. Yemekler benim alışık olduğum lezzetlerden çok farklıydı.

Yemeklerde ki tatlı acı kültürü biz Türk yemeklerinden çok farklı. İlk lokmalarım da hoşuma gitmeyen tatlı acı sos tadı daha sonra aslında güzel bir lezzete dönüştü. Ama şeker oranı daha az olsa bana daha uygun olurdu. Tavuk da ki ekşi acı tadı bana daha lezzetli geldi. Turp turşusunu beğendim. Turp yemeyi severim. Sosislinin tadına baktım; dış kaplama lezzetliydi ama çok sosis seven bir değilimdir. Kızım herşeyi severek yedi. Benim için en önemlisi de kızımın sevmesi ve mutlu olmasıydı.

Restaurantda ziyaretçilerin denemesi için Kore kostümleri güzeldi. Kızım kıyafetleri çok sevdi. Yemeklerin fiyatları normalin biraz üstünde bence. Ama lezzetli ve keyifliydi. Farklı bir dünya mutfağına ait yemekleri yemek çok güzel ve özel bir deneyimdi. Okuduğunuz için çok teşekkür ederim.
