Clase de Yoga y descenso a la cueva de Can Marçà en honor al 21 de Junio

El 21 de junio fue el Día Internacional del Yoga y tuve la bendición de celebrarlo en un espacio natural, haciendo una excursión preciosa con una amiga.

Querida familia de Full Deportes, vuelvo con un post que espero que les guste. Viene acompañado de un video que no es de mi estilo en cuanto a cómo comparto con ustedes, pero es lo que he podido hacer y… “más vale hecho que perfecto” en esta etapa en que estoy regresando. Igualmente el video en sí a mí me gusta mucho y me parece que aporta al post, para que lo “vivan” de alguna manra.

Podrán ver en el contenido audiovisual, un espacio natural precioso que aporta a la salud mental, y además les estaré compartiendo un trekking hacia una cueva, tras el que realizamos una clase de Yoga.

Yoga class and descent to the cave of Can Marçà in honor of June 21th

June 21 was International Yoga Day and I was blessed to celebrate it in a natural space, doing a beautiful hike with a friend.

Dear Full Deportes family, I'm back with a post that I hope you like. It comes with a video that is not my style in terms of how I share with you, but it is what I have been able to do and... “better done than perfect ” at this stage in which I am returning. Anyway, I really like the video itself and I think it contributes to the post, so that you can “live” it in some way.

You can see in the audiovisual content, a beautiful natural space that contributes to mental health, and I will also be sharing with you a trekking to a cave, after which we do a Yoga class.

Una de mis compañeras del trabajo, Cristina, ha empezado a transitar el camino del Yoga y está muy entusiasmada, lo cual es muy bonito, ya que puedo compartir con ella eso que tanto llena y que entienden quienes están en el Yoga solamente.

Ella me invitó a sumarme a esta actividad que se realizó en el norte de Ibiza el 20 de junio, un día antes de la gran celebración, a la que no pude asistir debido a temas de trabajo.

Fue un momento hermoso!

Ni bien llegamos, nos dieron unas remeras blancas que aunque promocionaban al equipo de Ibiza Health and Beauty, que era el organizador de todo este evento.

Luego, empezamos el trekking en descenso hacia la cueva de Can Marçà, un regalo de la naturaleza.

Allí nos contaron la historia de esta cueva, que nos dice que era utilizada por piratas para guardar los objetos que contrabandeaban. La cueva era muy estrecha, por lo que tenían que reptar para llegar a sitios donde poder guardar lo que robaban.

One of my work colleagues, Cristina, has started to walk the path of Yoga and is very enthusiastic, which is very nice, because I can share with her what is so fulfilling and understood by those who are in Yoga only.

She invited me to join this activity that took place in the north of Ibiza on June 20th, one day before the big celebration, which I could not attend due to work.

It was a beautiful moment!

As soon as we arrived, we were given white t-shirts that promoted the Ibiza Health and Beauty team, which was the organizer of the whole event.

Then, we started trekking downhill to the cave of Can Marçà, a gift of nature.

There we were told the history of this cave, which tells us that it was used by pirates to store the objects they smuggled. The cave was very narrow, so they had to crawl to reach places where they could store what they stole.

Avanzamos bastante en la cueva hasta llegar a un sitio donde nos esperaban con cuencos tibetanos y tres grandes girasoles. Había una mujer en el centro que estaba en postura de meditación, contemplando cómo íbamos llegando y sentándonos en círculo.

Ni bien nos sentamos todos a su alrededor, la mujer nos dio la bienvenida e inició una meditación en honor a este día especial y al solsticio de verano, que estaba a punto de ocurrir.

Fue pura magia, el concepto era bajar hacia el centro de la tierra donde la oscuridad habita, y donde la energía también está activa. Buscaba mostrarnos cómo podemos ver y abrazar esa oscuridad para que se convierta en luz. Por ello, ascendimos tras finalizar la meditación y ofrecimos al mar los girasoles, tras dividirlos entre diferentes personas que queríamos hacer la ofrenda.

Luego, iniciamos una clase de Yoga de la mano de una profesora italiana que nos guió en un Hatha tradicional precioso.

We went quite far into the cave until we reached a place where Tibetan singing bowls and three large sunflowers were waiting for us. There was a woman in the center who was in a meditation posture, contemplating how we were arriving and sitting in a circle.

As soon as we all sat down around her, the woman welcomed us and began a meditation in honor of this special day and the summer solstice, which was about to occur.

It was pure magic, the concept was to go down into the center of the earth where darkness dwells, and where energy is also active. It sought to show us how we can see and embrace that darkness so that it becomes light. Therefore, we ascended after finishing the meditation and offered the sunflowers to the sea, after dividing them among different people who wanted to make the offering.

Then, we started a Yoga class with an Italian teacher who guided us in a beautiful traditional Hatha.

La experiencia fue espectacular, sumamente completa, con significado, con diferentes actividades que invitaban al encuentro con uno, con los demás y con la naturaleza.

Además toda la experiencia tuvo un valor de €10 porque era en honor al Día Internacional del Yoga y se buscaba que todos pudieran acceder. Ni siquiera el acceso a la cueva cuesta eso, y una clase de Yoga está sobre los €20.

Además después nos dieron frutas, frutos secos y agua. ¡Fue una experiencia preciosa!

The experience was spectacular, extremely complete, with meaning, with different activities that invited the encounter with oneself, with others and with nature.

In addition, the whole experience had a value of €10 because it was in honor of International Yoga Day and we wanted everyone to have access to it. Not even the access to the cave costs that much, and a Yoga class is about €20.

We were also given fruits, nuts and water afterwards, it was a beautiful experience!
