No práctico deporte de manera profesional ni académica de hecho actualmente el único deporte que estoy haciendo es bailar a nivel académico, también entreno en las mañanas caminando un poco, pero hoy es quiero hablar esta comunidad sobre mi hijo que tiene 3 años y el día de ayer presentó su primera competencia de atletismo, para mí fue fantástico presenciar su participación en dicha competencia, por eso quiero compartirles este gran evento de atletismo en donde mi hijo gano su primera medalla.

Su primera carrera, fuera de 40 metros individual donde tuvo un comienzo un poco retrasado porque al momento del disparo que da el inicio a la competencia el comenzó a buscarme entre el público con la mirada y después fue que se dispuso a correr por eso arranco un poco tarde, sin embargo en esta carrera no le fue están mal quedó de cuarto lugar y tuvo una participación relativamente buena como la excepción de la arrancada se detuvo un momento para buscarnos, pero corrió muy bien se mantuvo por su carril y llego a la meta.

Luego hable un poco con él le dije que no tenía que estar buscándonos entre el público nosotros íbamos a estar allí viendo su competencia y el se tenía que concentrar en mirar adelante correr y llegar a la meta lo más pronto posible para ganar la competencia nosotros lo estaremos apoyando desde las gradas y luego que esté en la meta y que ya has ganado, si nos podía buscar entre el público, el atendió mi consejo y en su segunda carrera que fue la carrera de relevos efectivamente corrió mucho mejor que en la primera no se detuvo en ningún momento hasta pasar el banderín a su otro compañero note que se divirtió mucho con sus compañeros.

Todos los niños estuvieron geniales corrieron y se divirtieron dentro de la pista y en esta categoría, cómo están comenzando todos obtuvieron medallas, la idea es incentivarlos a que tengan ese espíritu de competencia entre sus compañeros y demás competidores que estuvieron participando, en el evento participaron varias escuelas y fueron bastantes atletas compitieron muy bien hasta la categoría juvenil, había mucha gente en las gradas, todos los familiares viendo a sus hijos competir es agradable verlos correr y divertirse a mi hijo se ve que le agrada esta disciplina deportiva.

Cómo padre considero que es bueno inspirar a nuestros hijos dentro de un deporte porque esto les enseña disciplina y espíritu de competitividad desde muy pequeños es algo que tendrá mucho valor en su vida y les ayuda a forjar un mejor carácter además de que se divierten y se ejercitan al mismo tiempo.
As a father, I consider that it is good to inspire our children in a sport because this teaches them discipline and a spirit of competitiveness from a very young age, it is something that will have a lot of value in their lives and helps them forge a better character, as well as having fun and being they exercise at the same time.

Felicidades por esa medalla, es bueno el deporte en los niños, recuerdo cuando yo participé en competencias de niño quedaba de último o quizás penúltimo jajaja. Pero involucrar a los pequeños al deporte siempre será beneficioso tanto en salud como en disciplina.
