Saludos a todos los atletas, el pasado domingo nos reunimos varias escuelas de karate do de mi ciudad cabimas, para un entrenamiento y chequeo de la preselección juvenil próxima a participar en los juegos nacionales , se conto nuevamente con el personal técnico de la selección del estado Zulia, Venezuela , gente con gran calidad humana muy atenta con los nuevos talentos, siempre impulsando ese espíritu deportivo en ellos.

Una señal de que lo estamos haciendo bien viniendo de un maestro mucho mayor y experimentado

La segunda parte del chequeo se baso en la parte de combate (Kumite) dónde se media el nivel de resistencia y tecnico de los participantes , también se trataron detalles de ejecución y tiempo de reacción , esta parte suele ser un poco mas exigente ya que se orienta un poco mas a la parte cardiovascular con ejercicios aerobicos, los cuales demandan mucha potencia y resistencia.
Me gustó mucho la simplicidad con la que se explicaban los ejercicios por qué así tendrían una mejor recepción en los atletas.
Por mi parte, estoy muy contento pues es bueno saber que siempre se puede dar más y que podemos ser mejor . Pienso qué la enseñanza es el ejemplo pues si es excelente será duradero.
