Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz lunes, espero que hayan tenido un excelente inicio de semana, por acá algo diferente ya que amanecí casa de mis padres, por temaa de gasolina no me trajeron ayer, asi que me tocó cumplir alla, sin embargo debo decir que descansé un dia del reto, el dia sabado de verdad sentia que ya mi alma estaba saliendo de mi cuerpo jajaja de hecho el viernes dije hasta aqui llego, grabé el video de despedida y todo 😂 pero el sabado aparte que dormí mas, estuve mas tranquila casa de mis padres y el domingo amanecí con un poco mas de energia y me cumplí y aqui sigo.
Hoy vi a que se debe toda la pesadez, llegó la visita que tanto odiamos y todo el cansancio cobró sentido porque normalmente a mi con eso me duelen MUCHO las piernas, y si a eso le sumas las 450 sentadillas que ahora tocan diarias jajaja imaginense, pero aqui seguimos vale, de pronto un poco mas lenta pero vamos rumbo a esos 100 dias 💪💪

Hello friends of @fulldeportes happy monday, I hope you have had an excellent start of the week, here something different because I woke up at my parents house, due to gas issues they didn't bring me yesterday, so I had to meet them there, however I must say that I rested one day of the challenge, on Saturday I really felt that my soul was leaving my body hahaha in fact on Friday I said here I am, I recorded the farewell video and everything 😂 but on Saturday apart that I slept more, I was calmer at my parents house and on Sunday I woke up with a little more energy and I fulfilled myself and here I am.
Today I saw what all the heaviness is due to, the visit that we hate so much came and all the tiredness made sense because normally with that my legs hurt a LOT, and if you add to that the 450 squats that now play daily hahaha imagine, but here we continue ok, maybe a little slower but we are heading to those 100 days 💪💪💪
