Baseball... this beautiful sport that has given me good friends and the best moments of my life, knowing several places of my beloved Venezuela and leaving me beautiful memories.

Since I was born my life has been around baseball, it is like a tradition for my family, passing from generation to generation, whenever I go to my grandfather's house, I ask him to tell me those stories of when he was a kid, he used to meet in a corner with his friends and brothers to go and play a good game of baseball in a small field that they all built, he told me that they arrived at the field at 3 in the afternoon and stayed playing until 7 at night, having a good time and sharing with their good friends.

He is my father, he grew up watching my grandfather play baseball and he was passionate about this beautiful sport, his position was first base, my grandfather told me that my dad was always a good baseball player and always had a good batting average since he was a child, he represented his state in several tournaments, He belonged to the Cleveland Indians Academy that used to be in the Alfonso "Chico" Carrasquel Stadium - Venezuela, Anzoátegui State (more specifically in the city of Puerto La Cruz), my father told me that in those days it was more difficult to get signed by a MLB team because there were not as many academies as there are today in Venezuela, He knew good Venezuelan baseball players like Marco Scutaro and Eliezer Alfonzo, my father always trained very hard to get to the big leagues, whenever the bosses of Cleveland came they wanted to see my dad, he always had good reports, so much so that the bosses told him to do the paperwork to take him to the Dominican Republic to start playing the summer league, But a coach didn't do the paperwork for my father and sent another player, just because the coach didn't like my father, it's sad, but he told me that things happen for a reason and if that hadn't happened, he wouldn't have his beautiful family.

I was training duo for several years, check after check, and leaving everything on the field, and loving more and more this sport, they had good reports about me, whenever I played BP live, I had to pitch to batters already closed, I managed to dominate the batters and had good projection, until in an important check it was my turn to pitch and if I was doing well, they were going to give me a chance with a team in the majors, they bring me in the 7th inning with men on first and third base, the batter presents the bunt to make a squeeze play, the bunt goes out to first base, the bunt goes out to first base, the bunt goes out to third base, they were going to give me a chance with a team in the majors, they brought me in the 7th inning with men on first and third base, the hitter presented a bunt to make a squeeze play, the bunt went out to first base, the catcher mistakenly went out to get the bunt and I had to go to make the assist at home, and when the ball was thrown to me to make the out, the runner came in abruptly and collided with me dropping all the weight on my left shoulder (arm I use to pitch) and this was dislocated and immediately I had to be taken out of the game, entering the injured list and going to rehab, I spent several days in rehab I could not see any improvement and because of my age the academy was forced to let me free, unfortunately I could not fulfill my dream but I took great experiences, which I like to share with people who ask me for help when correcting their pitching mechanics, and the truth is that I feel satisfied with all my effort.

And he is my little brother, the new generation of the family, his position is Shortstop and he bats with both hands, he currently belongs to the Margarita Baseball 13 academy, he has represented the state of Nueva Esparta on several occasions, he has won the awards for most hits connected, doubles connected, runs batted in, runs scored and most stolen bases, without a doubt this little boy has a lot of love for baseball and also his dream is to become a professional baseball player.
