I do not normally write posts over the weekend, but it is raining today. the trees know what to do, they do not need me. and I am keen on sharing another beautiful hike I did yesterday.
The original plan was to follow this circular trail (PR1 CTB - Rota da Gardunha). but sadly, due to fires and human activity, the state of the markings of this trail is regrettable. I ended up hiking a trail made up of several marked trails and have lost precious time in the process of trying to orient myself on this huge mountain range.
A massive oak (Quercus Pyrenaica) I just had to hug !
even though it was 2º Celcius when I left home, I was comfortable enough in a T-shirt most of the day. (@ 1227m.)
