The voting problem is the first thing that causes me bewilderment and ignorance, how is it possible that in a publication you have 400 votes and do not even reach 1 HBD?
On the other hand, with one vote you can reach 8, 9 or 10, depending on who votes. I am told that the value of the vote is decided by certain established parameters such as time in the chain, voting power, quality of work and other elements.
So, from the above, I infer that not always the quality of what is published is directly proportional to the score it receives and, it is not by the quality of the vote, but by who votes for you. This sheds some light, or not, on the much brought and carried topic of quality and votes.
From this I conclude that it does not matter how many people vote for you, but who votes for you.
Another aspect that escapes my intelligence is telling me that this is a decentralized ecosystem and, when I go to the concept of decentralization, I find that it is not so. In #hive you know most of the things your users do and, many times, you act accordingly.
I also don't understand the treatment against artificial intelligence. It's true that you can't allow AI made content to be uploaded, I'm against that totally because it's a community for humans. But, the development of this tool is undeniable and we will have to think about how we add without violating the ethics of content creation.
Similarly, there is the issue of rule violations, why does committing a violation have so much punishment time? Whales are even told that those hivers should not be voted on. The penalties should have expiration time and not extend for more than a year. More than one has left the ecosystem because of this issue.
As a final element I see that the healing work in the communities is not uniform. I mean, there are communities where their curators give their vote to the works that have quality, no matter who or where they are from. Example: @holos-lotus. In this community it doesn't matter if you are from Venezuela, Cuba, China or Argentina. If your content has quality, they reward it. And, I do not mean high sums, but, you see that the effort is rewarded and reaches the largest number of creators. And, if you make a mistake, they penalize you because the level of curation is of a high quality and demand.
These are some aspects that I don't understand or don't know how to handle, but, in the time that I have been in hive I have dedicated myself to study more than to publish and the truth is that I still have a lot to understand.
If we want to continue consolidating this great ecosystem, we have to take care of these and other elements that are not working as well as they should be.

Hace unos días leí una publicación de @fermionico titulada “El voto, siempre el voto” que arrojó luz y oscuridad a lo poco o nada que conozco de este ecosistema. Llevo dos o tres días dándole vuelta en mi cabeza si hago o no esta publicación y he decidido hacerlo.
Si es verdad lo que me han dicho, entonces estas palabras quedarán escritas para siempre y tal vez de aquí a muchos años se vea que mi publicación estaba en lo cierto o era un fiasco total.
El problema del voto es lo primero que me causa desconcierto y desconocimiento. ¿Cómo es posible que en una publicación usted tenga 400 votos y no llegue ni a 1 HBD?
En cambio, con un voto puede llegar a 8, 9 0 10, según sea quien vote. Me dicen que el valor del voto es lo que decide por determinados parámetros establecidos como tiempo en la cadena, poder del voto, calidad del trabajo y otros elementos más.
Entonces, de lo anterior, infiero que no siempre la calidad de lo que se publica es directamente proporcional con la puntuación que recibe y, no es por la calidad del voto, sino por quien te vota. Esto arroja un poco de luz o no al tan traído y llevado tema de la calidad y los votos.
De aquí concluyo que no importa cuántos te voten, sino, quién te vote.
Otro aspecto que escapa de mi inteligencia es el hecho de decirme que este es un ecosistema descentralizado y, cuando voy al concepto de descentralización, me topo con que no es tan así. En #hive se sabe la mayoría de las cosas que hacen sus usuarios y, muchas veces, se actúa en consecuencia.
Tampoco entiendo el tratamiento contra la inteligencia artificial. Es cierto que no se puede permitir que se suban contenidos hechos por la IA, estoy en contra de eso totalmente porque es una comunidad para humanos. Pero, el desarrollo de esta herramienta es innegable y habrá que pensar en cómo sumamos sin violar la ética de la creación de contenidos.
De igual manera está el tema de las violaciones de reglas. ¿Por qué cometer una violación tiene tanto tiempo de castigo? Incluso, se les dice a las ballenas que esos hivers no deben ser votados. Las sanciones debían tener tiempo de caducidad y no extenderse por más de un año. Más de uno han dejado el ecosistema por esta cuestión.
Como elemento final veo que el trabajo de curación en las comunidades no es uniforme. Me explico, hay comunidades donde sus curadores entregan su voto a los trabajos que tienen calidad, no importa quién sea ni de dónde sea. Ejemplo: @holos-lotus. En esta comunidad no importa si usted es de Venezuela, Cuba, China o Argentina. Si su contenido tiene calidad, lo premian. Y, no me refiero a altas sumas, pero, usted ve que el esfuerzo está recompensado y llega a la mayor cantidad de creadores. Y, si cometes un error, te penalizan porque el nivel de curación es de una gran calidad y exigencia.
Estos son algunos aspectos que no entiendo o no sé cómo manejarlos, pero, en el tiempo que llevo en hive me he dedicado a estudiar más que a publicar y la verdad, todavía me falta mucho por entender.
Si se quiere seguir consolidando a este gran ecosistema, se tienen que atender estos y otros elementos que no andan todo lo bien que debieran estar.

Sobre lo demas hay para debatir, pero cada comunidad es libre de hacer como entienda bajo sus reglas y obviamente con el poder de voto pues para ello tiene Hive Power o le han delegado. Creo que lo mejor es buscar la manera de no depender de los votos para monetizar únicamente o ver las otras ventajas de Hive y no la parte financiera solamente.
