Los últimos días han estado llenos de movimiento y mucho trabajo para mí, y es que asumir la responsabilidad de introducir a otros en el mundo de Hive va más allá de simplemente hablar de qué va la vida en la plataforma, por lo que se necesita tiempo y dedicación, no solo para la inducción inicial, sino en el acompañamiento posterior que esto requiere.

Y la verdad es que sí, han sido muchas horas al teléfono, incluso durante la madrugada, respondiendo preguntas y ayudándoles con sus introducciones, pero además he tenido que salir de casa muchas veces para poder reunirme con ellas, ya que en persona se hace mucho más fácil, y debo decir que estoy enamorada de este "trabajo".

Creo que poder acompañar a otros a iniciar este recorrido estando conscientes de que es un gran aporte a sus vidas, es lo que me da la energía para quedarme hasta las 2:00 am con @jesymora que manda más que un dinamo y que no se cansa jamás, pero créanme que estoy feliz, me siento en mi elemento, y lo estoy disfrutando un montón.

El día de ayer, iniciamos la semana trabajando, y es que ya @claudimar y @jesymora, tenían sus introducciones publicadas, con un recibimiento muy lindo por parte de la blockchain por cierto, así que de mis tres "reclutas", me estaba faltando @egleidyssc74 por realizar su introducción, pero decidí que sería mucho mejor para ambas trabajar en persona, así que ayer nos subimos al carro mi esposo y mis dos chamos y nos fuimos a. C.C. Ecocenter.

Allí me esperaba Egleidys toda bella porque sabía que yo tomaría fotos para compartirles luego, y apenas llegué, nos sentamos a trabajar.

Todo el texto de su introducción ya estaba listo y revisado, ese trabajo lo hicimos vía WhatsApp, así que solo faltaba enseñarle a editar las fotos con el editor de su celular, subirlas y ubicarlas en su post y por supuesto, tenía que aprender a manejar Canva, pues era algo que nunca había hecho.

Estuvimos cerca de tres horas trabajando, y fácilmente pudieron haber sido más, pero mi esposo y los niños estaban realmente aburridos, así que dejamos su post listo para publicar y me tuve que despedir, aparte mi casa es un poco lejos de donde estábamos y tocó regresar antes que oscureciera.

Hoy con su post listo y recursos delegados @egleidyssc74 publicó su introducción, y no se imaginan lo feliz y orgullosa que me siento, estoy "modo mamá feliz" al ver la dedicación con la que las tres trabajaron en sus presentaciones, sobre todo porque son mujeres bastante ocupadas.

Por lo pronto, nos quedan otros temas que conversar, pero ya están bastante claras en lo que deben hacer. Saben que cuentan conmigo y que aquí estaré, incluso a las 2 am.

The last few days have been full of movement and a lot of work for me, because taking on the responsibility of introducing others to the world of Hive goes beyond simply talking about what life on the platform is all about, so it takes time and dedication, not only for the initial induction, but in the subsequent accompaniment that this requires.

I think that being able to accompany others to start this journey being aware that it is a great contribution to their lives, is what gives me the energy to stay until 2:00 am with @jesymora who commands more than a dynamo and never gets tired, but believe me I'm happy, I feel in my element, and I'm enjoying it a lot.

Yesterday, we started the week working, and @claudimar and @jesymora, had their introductions published, with a very nice reception by the blockchain by the way, so of my three "recruits ", I was missing @egleidyssc74 to make her introduction, but I decided that it would be much better for both to work in person, so yesterday my husband and my two boys got in the car and we went to. Egleidys was waiting for me there all beautiful because she knew I would take pictures to share with you later, and as soon as I arrived, we sat down to work.

All the text of her introduction was ready and revised, we did that work via WhatsApp, so we only had to teach her how to edit the photos with the editor of her cell phone, upload them and place them in her post and of course, she had to learn how to handle Canva, because it was something she had never done before.

We spent about three hours working, and it could have easily been more, but my husband and the kids were really bored, so we left her post ready to publish and I had to say goodbye, besides my house is a bit far from where we were and we had to go back before it got dark.

Today with their post ready and delegated resources @egleidyssc74 published their introduction, and you can't imagine how happy and proud I feel, I'm "happy mom mode" to see the dedication with which the three of them worked on their presentations, especially because they are quite busy women.

For now, we still have other issues to talk about, but they are already very clear on what they have to do. They know that they can count on me and that I will be here, even at 2 am.
