Hola amigos, espero estén muy bien, en compañía de sus seres queridos, hoy quiero participar en esta iniciativa de la comunidad de Loving HIVE, la cual me parece genial, ya que nos permite revivir lo que hemos aprendido durante este 2023.

Durante este año he disfrutado grandes experiencias, unas maravillosas y otras no tanto, he conocido a gente súper talentosa y con gran calidad humana y también he conocido a carroñeros vestidos de ovejas, eso lo vemos en todos lados, aunque en líneas generales son más las personas que suman que las que restan y con esas me quedo.

Durante este año 2023 he tomado grandes riesgos y en el 2024 voy por más, no ha Sido fácil, pero nadie dijo que lo sería, y apoyo el dicho "El que tenga miedo a vivir que no Nazca" 🤣🤣🤣 Así que siempre me arriesgo, vivo sin filtros y lucho por lo que amo, defendiendo siempre mi opinión y mis pensamientos.

Hello friends, I hope you are very well, in the company of your loved ones, today I want to participate in this initiative of the Loving HIVE community, which I think is great, because it allows us to relive what we have learned during this 2023.
During this year I have enjoyed great experiences, some wonderful and others not so much, I have met super talented people with great human qualities and I have also met scavengers dressed as sheep, we see that everywhere, although in general there are more people who add than those who subtract and with those I stay.
During this year 2023 I have taken big risks and in 2024 I am going for more, it has not been easy, but nobody said it would be, and I support the saying "He who is afraid to live, don't be born" 🤣🤣🤣 So I always take risks, live without filters and fight for what I love, always defending my opinion and my thoughts.

En este 2023 hemos estado en constante movimiento, aunque ya finalizando el año por problemas de salud, tuvimos que suspender algunas actividades que con la ayuda de Dios retomaremos próximamente, para ello cuento con mis compañeros @nathyortiz y @cibersk8 para que juntos continuemos con pasos firmes en lo que nos hemos proyectado para este próximo año.

Durante este año creamos una comunidad "Hive Monagas" en la cual nuestro principal objetivo es impulsar la Blockchain de Hive y darla a conocer en el estado.

También logramos hacer el primer encuentro deportivo para los hivers del estado, con el cual contamos con el apoyo de @liketu.

In this 2023 we have been in constant movement, although at the end of the year due to health problems, we had to suspend some activities that with God's help we will resume soon, for this I count on my colleagues @nathyortiz and @cibersk8 so that together we continue with firm steps in what we have projected for this coming year.
During this year we created a community "Hive Monagas" in which our main objective is to promote the Hive Blockchain and make it known in the state.
We also managed to make the first sports meeting for hivers in the state, with which we have the support of @liketu.

Visitamos emisoras de radio promoviendo las bondades de la web 3 y el ecosistema de Hive como plataforma decentralizada.

Iniciamos un proyecto educativo con el firme propósito de promocionar la Blockchain de Hive en las universidades del estado y dónde pudiéramos sumar más usuarios, a quienes les dimos clases de Hive para que conocieran el funcionamiento y pudieran comenzar a compartir su contenido, porque creo que todos tenemos algo que compartir con el mundo, incluso talentos que no sabíamos que teníamos hasta que decidimos atrevernos.

En la ejecución de este proyecto universitario visitamos varias universidades tanto públicas y privadas de la Ciudad y nos fue muy bien con esto, cada vez más personas se interesaron en conocer a través de nuestras experiencias de que se trataba.
Porque al inicio mucha gente se asusta al usar términos como blockchain o web 3 y tratamos de hacerlo lo más digerible posible, de acuerdo a nuestra experiencia vivida, sin embargo, reconozco que aún me falta mucho por aprender y en eso estoy trabajando.

We visited radio stations promoting the benefits of web 3 and the Hive ecosystem as a decentralized platform.
We started an educational project with the firm purpose of promoting the Hive Blockchain in the universities of the state and where we could add more users, to whom we gave them Hive classes so they could know how it works and could start sharing their content, because I believe that we all have something to share with the world, even talents that we did not know we had until we decided to dare.
In the execution of this university project we visited several public and private universities in the city and we did very well with this, more and more people were interested in knowing through our experiences what it was all about.
Because at the beginning many people are scared to use terms like blockchain or web 3 and we tried to make it as digestible as possible, according to our experience, however, I recognize that I still have a lot to learn and I am working on that.

Entre nuestras actividades de este 2023 también nos sumamos al movimiento Hive Run, el cual ya tiene su comunidad, dónde compartimos nuestros entrenamientos, orientados básicamente en las carreras, mis compañeros en el estado han participado en varias de las que se han hecho y eso me alegra mucho, porque los veo muy motivados, yo espero activarme pronto, pues después de sufrir unas lumbalgias crónicas finalizando el año, fueron muchas las cosas que tuve que suspender.

Pero esto no fue todo, también y por primera vez llevamos a cabo el primer, Pizza Day Monagas** el cual nos sirvió de encuentro para conmemorar ese día y a su vez compartir con otros Hivers del estado a quienes solo conocíamos de forma virtual. Ese día compartimos, cantamos, bailamos y disfrutamos un rato muy ameno acompañado de pizzas.

También en este 2023 realizamos nuestra primera excursión hacia el municipio Caripe, dónde visitamos la Cueva del Guacharo y el salto La Paila y pasamos un día fenomenal.

Among our activities of this 2023 we also joined the Hive Run movement, which already has its community, where we share our training, basically oriented in the races, my colleagues in the state have participated in several of which have been made and that makes me very happy, because I see them very motivated, I hope to activate soon, because after suffering a chronic lumbago at the end of the year, there were many things that I had to suspend.
But this was not all, also and for the first time we carried out the first Pizza Day Monagas** which served as a meeting to commemorate that day and in turn share with other Hivers of the state whom we only knew virtually. That day we shared, sang, danced and enjoyed a very pleasant time accompanied by pizzas.
Also in this 2023 we made our first excursion to the municipality of Caripe, where we visited the Cueva del Guacharo and the waterfall La Paila and had a great day.

Este año también tuvimos un encuentro de relax, dónde pudimos disfrutar de una clase de yoga, dirigida a nuestros Hivers, todo gestionado por la comunidad de Hive Monagas y la verdad es que pasamos un rato espectacular, cargado de buena vibra.

Hemos tenido varias reuniones con autoridades universitarias, con el sector turismo del estado, hemos asistido a eventos públicos como certámenes de belleza, inauguraciones, expoferias y más.

Yo he participado en varias iniciativas e incluso gané mi primera delegación gracias a la comunidad de @buzzparty, ha Sido un año bastante movido, el cual estamos finalizando lo más calmado posible, recargándonos para lo que será un 2024 victorioso.

This year we also had a relax meeting, where we could enjoy a yoga class, directed to our Hivers, all managed by the community of Hive Monagas and the truth is that we had a spectacular time, full of good vibes.
We have had several meetings with university authorities, with the tourism sector of the state, we have attended public events such as beauty contests, inaugurations, fairs and more.
I have participated in several initiatives and even won my first delegation thanks to the @buzzparty community. It has been quite a busy year, which we are ending as calmly as possible, recharging ourselves for what will be a victorious 2024.
