While we have record of enrollments for you on Steem (starting with initial enrollment on 14 July 2020), we have no record of enrollment on Hive. Hive SBI became a separate program from Steem Basic Income when Hive forked from Steem.

If this is incorrect, can you please share a transaction confirmation link (hiveblockexplorer) that dates more recently than the Hive/Steem hard-fork so we can investigate?
