Infantry moving 7" is great. T4 and W5 is better than some Space Marine Characters. Of course, the 6+ Save/6+ Invul is not great but then he has his Feel no Pain which is layered statistics.
One way or another, the Haemonculus and all the Coven units are the toughest units the Drukhari have.
