I have been into sewing more of adult clothing,not that I don't wish too but I have not been opportune. This time around my brother's wife came home with the kids, my niece and nephew and she told me she has an ankara fabric remaining out of the one she sew for herself and would love it if I sew the rest for her daughter.
Considering the fact that they might still stay a while till the end of the Easter holiday, bt since it's just something I could do on time, I measured her, she's a little bit chubby especially the stomach, so I added 3 more inches to the band
Her measurement
Waist (band) 30 inches. I started pleating
Sewing it is interesting, it didn't take time and I told her to put it on if there's any adjustments.
After that I ironed it out and fix the zip
She rocked it well, Iam glad she likes it. I sent the pictures to her mum also, she loves it
