Crafting and bonding

Hello members of @diyhub community, welcome you all to my blog and today I am delighted to share with us all how I made this cute little animal using the love shapes.

It has now become a norm in my little brother's school to always give them a craft work to do weekly which is okay by me likewise with other parents too. Children doing craft work is another way of making learning more fun and creative as it helps to bring out their true potentials when it has to do with creativity. Last week was not an exception and like I would normally do, I decided to help him out and glad we both were able to come up with this.

This actually wasn't what we initially wanted to do at first but then we decided to just play around with shapes to taste our capability. Although my brother liked the outcome but to me I expected more but nevertheless glad we were able to come up with what we have. And my brother loved it a lot which put a big smile on my face.

To proceed with the making of the love animal, 😺 these were the materials used:

• Cardboard (yellow, pink, white)
• Glue
• Pen
• Scissor
• Black poster color

PROCEDURES

First, I cut out two big love shapes using a pen to trace it first after which scissor to cut out and I used the yellow cardboard paper for this.

After that, I proceeded to using the pink cardboard of which I cut out five smaller love shapes from it.

I then continued by cutting the eyes, whisk and tale of the animal of which the eyes I colored black with the black color.

After cutting all the required parts, I began placing the parts one after the other first by joining both bigger love together.

Next was placing the smaller loves so I used two for the ears, two for feet and one for the mouth.

Next I fixed the eye, whisk, and on the white frame paper I placed it on top and our love cat is complicated.
