There are a couple fart fans here that are probably as old as the house itself. Maybe I should just replace 'em. They rumble like there's a bad bearing, and they're probably not very efficient by current standards.

I changed the fans in both bathrooms to this higher CFM fan. Let’s just say they don’t get left on all frikkin day. I swear the one in the master bathroom would run 24-7. Why?? I have no clue. But now this fan is a little louder and lets you know it is running. Lol.
Hopefully those fart fans are as easy to changes as this one. My house was build in ‘08 I believe...
