Volvemos una vez más y como casi siempre es frecuente a la creación de pegatinas, sticker o como lo conozcan donde vives, estas imágenes personalizadas y de un estilo único a la obra original el cual usamos para customizar ya sea cuadernos, neveras o nuestra propia habitación con el fin de demostrar nuestra identidad y gustos únicos a quienes nos rodean.

Es por eso que esta vez traigo el paso a paso de como realizar uno de estos stickers, aunque ya es algo común en mis post traer estos temas.

En este caso decidí hacer a Haku el cual es un personaje principal en la película El Viaje de Chihiro, inicialmente aparece como un niño misterioso que ayuda a Chihiro y luego revela ser el río Kohaku y está atado a la bruja Yubaba quien lo controla. A lo largo de la película, Haku guía y protege a Chihiro y juntos superan numerosos desafíos

La transformación de Haku en dragón es una de las imágenes más icónicas de la película, simbolizando su dualidad y su conexión con el mundo espiritual.

Guiándonos de la referencia, la cual es un dragón que está volando o levitando, vamos a utilizar un estilo chibi para hacerlo un poco más pequeño de lo normal.

Pero volviendo al diseño vamos a realizar algo simple y sencillo, con colores planos y con un diseño muy tierno que me llamo mucho la atención.

Como pueden ver, la mayoría de stickers poseen esta clase de estilo porque es mucho más compacto y se sale un poco de la animación con la que fue creada en la serie porque es algo personalizado para el consumidor.

Aquí pueden apreciar que ya he terminado el boceto para poder marcar luego con marcador, aunque recomiendo borrar para que no afecte al marcador.

Una vez terminado el boceto, borramos todo para poder pintar y que el color no se nos manche, en esta oportunidad voy a utilizar marcadores.

COLOREANDO

Al momento de colorear siempre empiezo por el color base, el cual estoy acostumbrado a que sea un tono muy claro para luego ir oscureciendo donde podrían ir las sombras del mismo color y así sucesivamente.

El delineado es muy importante para dar forma a todo el proceso y que se entienda, aunque la brocha de mis marcadores no son tan anchas, logré emular el diseño.

Y aunque a veces suelo comenzar con un delineado negro, esta vez tuve que pintarlo en su mayoría de color

Es cierto que casi siempre no poseemos todos los colores que quisiéramos, pero para eso está el ingenio artístico.

Una vez listo, vamos a recortar dejando un pequeño margen con la misma hoja blanca donde dibujamos para luego echarle una fina capa de pegamento blanco y dejar secar esto ayuda a que el sticker agarre brillo y nos dure un poco más, aunque debemos tener cuidado porque dependiendo del material de coloreado se puede manchar.

En esta ocasión no se regaron los colores, pero sí me ha sucedido esto que menciono en otros proyectos.

Ya terminado el diseño, he de decir que tiene un buen estilo y creo que me quedó bien, ¿pero ustedes que opinan?

But back to the design, we're going to do something simple and straightforward, with flat colors and a very cute design that really caught my attention.

As you can see, most of the stickers have this kind of style because it is much more compact and deviates slightly from the animation with which it was created in the series because it is something customized for the consumer.

Here you can see that I have already finished the sketch so I can mark it later with a marker, although I recommend erasing so that it doesn't affect the marker.

Once the sketch is finished, we erase everything so we can paint and the color doesn't smudge. This time I'm going to use markers.

COLORING

When coloring, I always start with the base color, which I'm used to being a very light shade, and then go darker where the shadows of the same color could go, and so on.

The outline is very important to give shape to the entire process and make it understandable. Although my marker brushes aren't that wide, I managed to emulate the design.

And although I usually start with black outline, this time I had to paint it mostly in color.

It is true that we almost always do not have all the colors we would like, but that is what artistic ingenuity is for.

Once ready, we will cut leaving a small margin with the same white sheet where we drew and then apply a thin layer of white glue and let it dry. This helps the sticker to gain shine and last a little longer, although we must be careful because depending on the colored material it can stain.

This time the colors didn't run, but this has happened to me in other projects.

Now that the design is finished, I have to say that it has a good style and I think it turned out well, but what do you think?
