Greetings Fabulous Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia and surrounding communities!
I hope this week has been kind to you, and let's not forget that tomorrow is Caturday!
Smudge, enjoying the Reiki session under the table!
It was a lovely sunny day today, and the Mom-Hooman had a client over for a "Reiki session" and that seemed to make our Smudge particularly curious!
And since today was International Women's Day and Smudge is a nice lady kitty, we decided to dedicate this post to Smudge enjoying the sunshine!
This is MY sunny spot!
The thing is, the Mom-Hooman's Reiki table is located not only in Smudge's favorite room, but also near her favorite sunny spot!
So, of course, she decided she wanted to be in the middle of the proceedings! Can't say that I blame here, there were a lot of good healing vibes in that room!
Smudge loves being nice and warm!
Smudge spent the entire 1 1/2 hour session right around the Reiki table, getting the full healing vibe!
Much of the time, that meant sunshine, and also laying immediately in front of our very large amethyst "cave" geode, which is also in the same corner she loves!
I think we can safely say that Smudge is very "tuned in," and is definitely a "New Age Kitty!"
In a way, that does make sense, because her original Mom-Hooman was also very into alternative healing and alternative medicine. You could say she pretty much grew up with it!
It's just really nice for all of us to see Smudge feeling so much better, and once again being part of everything that's happening in the world around her!
Now we get to look forward to Caturday (it is already Caturday in some parts of the world) and hopefully we will have another nice sunny day, so we can get a fresh set of "cats in sunny spots" photos!
For now, though, we celebrate our lady kitty Smudge!

There are a number of other feline communities listed on Hive, but I am not sharing them for now as they have not had any activity (by their Admins OR users) since the Steem/Hive fork. Updates as they become available!
