Hola amigos les quiero compartir sobre el jugo de una mis frutas preferidas y que muy beneficiosa para nuestra salud, se trata de la Fresa. Hoy he decidido compartirle sobre el jugo de la fresa fresca, esta maravillosa fruta contiene contiene vitamica C, ácido fólico, hierro, calcio, yodo vitamina C y vitaminas del grupo B, por eso se considera como un potencial antioxidante que fortalece nuestras defensas.

En Venezuela mi pais natal, las fresas se cultivan unicamente en las zonas más frescas, como Miranda, Aragua, Mérida, Táchira, Trujillo y Monagas y desde alli se comercializa hasta todo el país, en mi ciudad se consigue frescas normalmente una vez a la semana, y son las que me gustan para comprarlas, comerla frescas y aprovechar de tomar un rico jugo natural.

Después de llegar a casa con las fresas frescas, las seleccione para comer algunas con mis hijas y otras usarla para el jugo. Mi madre decia que los jugos de frutas rojas y moradas son los más hemoglobina nos provee, por eso me gusta prepararle este tipo de jugo a mi familia.

Lo primero fue seleccionar las fresas, para eso la retire de la bolsa de la compra, para lograr preparar el jugo con las mejores fresas frescas.

Seguidamente lave las fresas, le retire las hojas y la corte a la mitad, para servirla mejor en la licuadora.
Then wash the strawberries, remove the leaves and cut them in half, to serve them better in the blender.
Después de servir las fresas en la licuadora, le añadí azúcar y agua potable, y empece a licuar.
After pouring the strawberries into the blender, I added sugar and drinking water, and started blending.
Al terminar de licuar servi el jugo de fresas frescar y quedo muy rico y refrescante. En este jugo consumo vitaminas y nutrientes que me ayudan a fortalecer mis defensas.
When I finished blending I served the fresh strawberry juice and it was very tasty and refreshing. In this juice I consume vitamins and nutrients that help me strengthen my defenses.
