Hello, food lovers and amazing drink community greetings today's drink is specially our regional Maharashtrian dessert called kelyache shikran BANANA BLEND.
We buy bananas like this. Here we called them Keli
our local bananas are very small but very tasty and sweet.
They are just my finger size.
Ingredients:
10 bananas
1/2 cup mango chunks
7-8 cashews
4 cardamom pods
1 pinch of saffron
4 tsp sugar
10 raisins
5-6 almonds
1 pinch of salt
200 ml milk
Mixing sugar in the milk. until sugar dissolves in milk, peeled bananas
Made cardamom powder.
Chopped all dry fruits and nuts
Cut bananas in slices.
Stirred cardamom powder and saffron in the milk.
Added dry fruits.
Than mango chunks.
And banana slices.
Using a masher slightly mash banana and mango in the milk.
our Banana Shikran/ Kelyache Shikran is ready.
