Hoy quiero mostrar como preparar una deliciosa y cremosa merengada de mango 🥭 con durazno🍑 Con mucha vitamina C,A y B.
El durazno es una fruta, que posee unos pelitos externo en la concha, si lo lavas bien con agua se les quita. Es recomendable comer el durazno con la concha ya que posee propiedades antioxidante y protege al organismo del envejecimiento celular, mientras que el mango contiene mucho potasio y sodio. Su consumo ayuda a prevenir enfermedades cardíacas.Esto se debe a su alto contenido de antioxidante

Ingredientes para preparar la deliciosa bebida:

• 3 duraznos.
• 3 mangos.
• 600 ml de agua.

Pasos para preparar la deliciosa bebida:

• Lavar bien con bastante agua los duraznos , tratando de quitar los pelitos que tienen, ya que se va a licuar con la concha.
• Picar en trocitos con un cuchillo.

• Ahora se debe colar . Por las hilachas del mango.
