delicious cholesterol remover

Last Saturday was the date for distribution of report cards for the even semester at our school. Then a new tradition has appeared in our school in recent years, after the distribution of report cards is finished the teachers will usually go to a seafood restaurant to mark the holidays that will soon arrive and the new school year will change. Who isn't tempted by the charm of seafood, I'm sure almost everyone is tempted even though they are hampered by several body conditions that don't accept it, such as high cholesterol and acute allergies. and I experienced these two things at the same time, namely a shrimp allergy. When I ate shrimp my eyes and lips would swell, but I managed this with the doctor's medicine which I always bring for urgent conditions.



Apart from that, after consuming seafood, when I get home, I will make much more smoothies than on a normal day. This aims to reduce the bad cholesterol in my body due to consuming seafood. and to prevent cholesterol, I make smothies using mustard greens that I have planted without any fertilizer or chemicals, I did this on purpose because I made the mustard greens specifically for making smothies without the ripening process first. and see that my mustard greens are a little bit eaten by the shoot caterpillars but it doesn't matter because it shows that my mustard greens are healthy.



To make this cholesterol-preventing smoothie, apart from mustard greens, I need several other ingredients to make this recipe:

1. 2 tomatoes (if the tomatoes are large, 1 is enough, but because my tomatoes are not too big, I used 2 tomatoes for this recipe)

2. 2 cucumbers

3. one mustard greens

4. a little ginger

5. 1 liter of water.



how to make :

1. So that I don't forget, I put the ginger into the blender first

2. Followed by tomatoes without removing the seeds and before cutting the tomatoes, wash them first with boiled water and clean between the tops of the tomatoes so that they are free from any dirt.

3. After that, cut the mustard greens into small pieces and mix them in a blender. Before chopping the mustard greens, I separate the mustard greens one by one and wash them so that there are no caterpillars and dirt stuck to the mustard leaves.

4. Then the next ingredient that goes in is the cucumber which I have washed and cut into small pieces after that I put it in the blender

5. Then the last thing is to pour water and blend until smooth.

6. The smoothies are ready to drink, you can drink them straight away or put them in the refrigerator first.



Before drinking this smoothie, because this smoothie is too thick, stir it first. Of the many ingredients mixed in this recipe, the strongest taste on the tongue is the cucumber taste. So there's no need to worry if you don't like the taste of mustard greens. Consume regularly for 1 week in a row in the morning to get the best results. This is based on my personal experience.
