Hello good evening friends of the community, I hope you are well, full of health, today I want to share a delicious Guanabana meringue (better known in my town as catuche) a very rich fruit, not only in vitamins but in flavor, a creaminess to enjoy healthy.
Ingredients I used for my merengada:
-Guanabana (1 medium sized unit)
-Powdered milk (1 cup)
-Sugar (half cup)
-Water (one and a half liters)
-Vanilla (1 tablespoon)
Here are the steps to prepare our meringue:
First step: we begin by removing the shell or skin of the soursop carefully, leaving only the pulp.
Second step: we continue adding our soursop pulp to the blender container.
Third step: then in our third step we will continue adding our liter and a half of water and at the same time continue blending.
Fourth step: then we are going to continue straining the juice to remove the seeds and continue making the meringue.
Fifth step: in this next step we are going to continue adding first the half cup of sugar to our meringue, then we continue adding our cup of powdered milk to our meringue to give it a special flavor.
Sixth step: finally we are going to continue adding a spoonful of vanilla to our meringue.
From the amount of ingredients I used I got 4 delicious and creamy glasses of guanabana meringue, I hope you like this recipe is very creamy and nutritious, greetings friends, until next time.
