Hello everyone,I'm here to show you how I made cucumber smoothie. cucumber has a very high water content and it can help hydrate the body and replenish loss fluids.
The benefits of cucumber smoothies:it has vitamins,A,C,D,and K as well as calcium and magnesium which helps to neutralize low inflammation,this amazing beverage help to relieve joint pain.
ingredients
1 cucumber
87g of evaporated milk
1 tablespoon of honey
the preparation
I cut my cucumber into two,i peeled the body and i cut the bottom
I sliced it and i diced it to make it smaller
After cutting my cucumber I proceed to the blending process.
I rinsed my chargeable blender first,i put my cucumber,i put some milk and i put little water
I put some honey,i covered my chargeable blender and i pressed the power button.i blend for 10mins.
After 10mins,i opened my blend,i poured my smoothies inside a bowl,i poured the remaining one and i blend again.then I poured it inside the one in the bowl
I put some peeled out cucumber inside my blender and i blend it.i poured it inside the bowl
Then i poured everything together inside my chargeable blender and i blend again for 20mins
Afterwards I rinsed my glass cup and I served my smoothies
