I know the issue of constipation due to stress medications well, unfortunately it is a consequence of them. A natural alternative to help you a little to avoid constipation is to drink highly concentrated hibiscus flower infusion or tea. Not all people have the same effect, but for me personally it helps regulate intestinal transit. It also makes me sleepy, which is good, especially for me.

Regarding the recipes that you share, they are super recipes, delicious, nutritious and healthy smoothies, great.

On the other hand, it would be cool if you read the Amazing Drinks community rules, especially number 3, which says:

Add at least three photos showing you preparing your amazing drink.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that you know these issues all too well yourself, it's no fun, is it? I will keep the tip about the tea in mind, but for me it's more likely to try any other remedy before heading towards tea because I really hate tea in general. Unless, it would also work if I add a glass of tea to a smoothie?

I never had any intention of breaking community rules, and adding the pictures of the steps where I add the ingredients in the blender above were in my opinion exactly those.. There are 5 in this post. What would be needed instead in case of a smoothie being blended, can you elaborate so I can take note next time?
