New life, new rules...

So finally I am here. I've been meaning to write something for a while, but as the saying goes, "new life, new rules," and "new rules, new bindings." I seriously missed a lot of this place, people, all the communities. I was doing aviation training because it was a recommended practice for my new job. Although in aviation nothing ends, as one of my favorite instructors always told us that in this field we have to do the training all the time in shorts training training & training.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have received training from both our local CAAB (Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh) instructor and an EASA instructor (European Union Aviation Safety Agency). Both trainings enable me to delve deeply into the aviation field and gather knowledge that I can pick and choose from during my on-the-job training period. I am very grateful to all of my wonderful instructors (especially Liudas from EASA) for guiding me and introducing me to this wonderful field.

Today, I am delighted because I received my BAAT training certificate as the class's top performer. The results were announced in front of all the officials by the company's CEO and the instructor himself. All I have to say is that it was a proud moment for me, and I had a fantastic day today. It's only the start of a long journey.

It was raining nonstop in the afternoon, and I was enjoying the spectacle from my window. In the evening, I was bored and felt the need for some fresh air, so I went outside. Northern University, which is very close to my new home, has a beautiful campus. I'll write more about it another time. On campus, I had a cup of tea from a very popular tea stall, which is always packed with customers. After that, I went to the Kawla foot overbridge, where I could see all the cars, buses, and other vehicles leaving one by one, all of them flashing their front lights and creating reflections on the road; it was a beautiful sight to see. I could see all the cranes standing tall with a warning light on top very close to the Hozrat Shahjalal International Airport's third terminal works in progress.

I received a message from my Liudas (European instructor) at that time, asking if I could meet him in his hotel in 15 minutes. I was very close to his hotel, so I said yes. I then took a bus and got off in front of his hotel. He arrived at after fifteen minutes and went for a short walk. He took me to a restaurant that serves Lebanese food. Liudas inquired as to what I desired to order. I told him he could have a black coffee with no sugar. He ordered a coffee and two Lebanese dishes for both of us, then we sat down and began talking. He told me to remember one thing: never be afraid to ask questions when something seems wrong in my opinion, and never be a "Yes" man. Then came our dinner, which was very familiar to Sharma, but the test was different. After dinner, we took another short walk towards Liudas' hotel, and after saying our goodbyes, I went home. So that is how I spend my entire day.
