As a Bengali, this dish is also one of my personal favorites. It’s not only delicious but also highly nutritious.The soup I’ve made is prepared using corn flour, which we commonly refer to in Bengali as "Bhuttor Chhatu." It is made by grinding dried corn, and it's packed with essential nutrients like Vitamin A, minerals, fiber, and amino acids.These nutrients help boost energy, strengthen a weak body, and aid in digestion. That’s why this soup is not just tasty—it's also a great choice for health-conscious individuals.
This soup helps reduce weakness and is especially beneficial for those who are experiencing gradual weight gain. Regular consumption of this soup can also be helpful for people suffering from constipation.It is particularly good for women's hair and skin health.As a woman myself, I find this soup very beneficial. Since I’ve noticed a slight increase in my weight over time, I’ve chosen this soup as a healthy and nourishing option that I truly enjoy.
People in villages often eat this soup. I’ve heard from my grandmothers that in the past, food was scarce. Back then, people used to eat this kind of food just to survive. But now, we eat it as an optional or alternative dish. Even though it's optional today, it’s actually a very nutritious food item. In any case, it's a healthy dish that should be eaten.
