RE: The Weekly Turni - Issue 44

in BDCommunity3 years ago (edited)

Dada, first of all, Turni's 1st anniversary and 50th publication are not too far apart... still too early to plan anything but just a thought.

Crypto up and crypto down... I had managed to do "Something" during last month's crash but this time I could do absolutely nothing... zero... all I'm now doing is checking what's going on and that's all. And I'm glad that so many of us are now involved here and I wonder what the next year will look like... hopeful

At first I thought "LOTR is that old? Geez" and if I think about it, I haven't seen a VHS tape after 2001 or 2002 which I'm sure of... even I saw LOTR in cds (that was in 2005)... you are talking about Bangla Chinema and their over the top mismatched songs and choreography? Wait till Elsa comes up from behind you and screams "let it go"

"What can I say except you're welcome"

Life is full of uncertainty... isn't that right Toushik? we try controlling it and control our surrounding to our best, mostly because we cannot accept that simple fact that life isn't ours to rule but to live

Minhaj (I hope you don't have to experience this anytime soon) when someone close to us falls ill, we can somehow sense it and sometimes that sense works as if someone punched us in the gut... I'm glad that your friend's mom is safe

As always Partho bhai your painting is mesmerizing

Welcome aboard Chondro bhai... Feluda... I have no words to describe how much it means... সোনার কেল্লা was the first of the feluda series that I had read... I still remember how stubborn I was to convince my father to buy it when I saw that book in the store... at that time I had no idea about who Feluda was or Sotyojit was... brought back a lot of memories...

Yes yes. I have encountered these kinda feelings many times and I was later thankful for my response to them.
