Happiest 6th birthday to our sweet boy, Micah! He asked for a small celebration with family at his grandparents' home, which we did earlier during the school holidays and today we just had some small cakes with him at home as it is also a school day.
He was extremely happy on that day because we went for a swim before the dinner. I did propose to celebrate in his school for him but he chose to just dinner with the family. His grandma cooked him his favorite noodle and fish ball soup with eggs. I bought some fried chicken for him.
Then we had his favorite chocolate cake with chocolate rice, decorated with some Bluey characters figurines.
He was over the moon!
On his exact birthday, we went to pick him up after school and had McDonald's for lunch. The manager gave us some mini Sundae cones and he saw me bringing him some more presents.
At night, after his brother has come home, we had a small round of celebration with some mini cakes before we ended the day.
Micah at 6 years old
They say a happy child is a child who sings! That is Micah, singing a lot and we love hearing him sing any song, be it songs he learnt from school in Mandarin, English or Malay or the songs he hears from TV. Also, this year he is very very into numbers again especially multiplication and all the big numbers that I have never heard of, not forgetting to still always test us on his knowledge about space and planets. He even did quiz for me, his dad and his brother on all these. His newest craze has to be about Muffin in Bluey cos he loves her being so crazy, he said!

I want to remember how Micah is at 6 years old so I take time to write about what he fascinates us with at this age. He is blooming well in his own pace!
