If you are a wrestling aficionado like me, you might have heard the sad news that Rhea Ripley was forced to relinquish her title last night due to injury sustained in an ambush by Liv Morgan backstage last week.
It’s really terrible seeing Rhea Ripley in that cast, all sad from not being able to wrestle for some time.
I can merely think of how heart broken she is. She had no choice but put down the belt on the canvas.
The fans didn’t appreciate it at all. They said things like “bullsh*t”, and I totally understand why. Rhea worked so hard for that title, and it must be tough for her to let it go like that.
Then there is Liv Morgan who has taken to bragging online about what she did to Rhea.
That is not cool rubbing salt into someone’s injuries especially when they are already going through a hard time.
But Rhea didn’t just take it lying down; she stood up against Liv even when security had to step in between them. And then she head-butted one guard!
Now that’s some badass move!
WWE plans to hold a match to determine the new Women’s World Champion on RAW next week. I really want to know how they will do it, you know. Does Liv Morgan feature? Will Rhea return for vengeance? I have many questions and I’m eager about them being answered.
I feel that Rhea Ripley’s injury is too bad for the women division but also it has created a lot of thrilling moments and drama. Next week I will be watching with anticipation to see what comes next.
