This time we are going to another pearl of Lancaster, that is Williamson Park, which is not only a charming park located on a hill, but also has some nice buildings, such as a pavilion with butterflies, or towering over the whole area and visible from every point of Lancaster - building called Ashton Memorial. Tym razem wyruszamy do kolejnej perełki Lancasteru ,czyli do Williamson Park który to nie tylko jest malowniczym ,położonym na wzgórzu parkiem , ale także posiada kilka fajnych budowli ,jak pawilon z motylami, czy górujący nad cała okolica i widoczny niemal z każdego punktu Lancasteru - budowla o nazwie Ashton Memorial. But let's start from the very beginning. We enter the park where we have a small lake with a fountain, tiny waterfalls, rocks. Everything seems more like a forest than a park, apart from the fact of benches, concrete pavements or various structures

Zacznijmy jednak od samego początku. Wchodzimy do parku w którym mamy niewielkie jeziorko z fontanną ,malutkie wodospady , ,skałki .Wszystko wydaje się bardziej przypominać las niż park ,pomijając fakt ławek , betonowych chodników ,czy różnych struktur.

Slowly go deeper into the park, behind the trees emerges a mighty building with a dome, and many interesting decorations, this is the Ashton Memorial, we go towards it to see it up close

Powoli idąc w głąb parku zza drzew wyłania się Potężna budowla z kopuła ,i wieloma ciekawymi ozdobami to właśnie jest Ashton Memorial idziemy w jej kierunku by zobaczyć ja z bliska.

Budowla ma mnóstwo elementów dekoracyjnych ,gdzie nie spojrzeć znajduje coś nowego i innego .Zanim jednak przejdziemy do wnikliwego badania Ashton Memorial. Zobaczmy co z tego punktu widać ponieważ budowla znajduje się na wzgórzu i jednocześnie mamy tu otwarty teren i widok na panoramę Lancasteru

Well, that's a brief history of Ashton Memorial. It was built in the years 1907-1909 by the millionaire and industrialist, Lord Ashton, in honor and memory of his second wife, Jessy. The cost is as much as 87,00 pounds, which in today's value gives about 8.9 million pounds! Today, the building, and more precisely its interior on the ground floor, serves as a place for exhibitions, as well as banquets and weddings. Well, let's see it a bit more from the outside and let's go inside, because we also have nice views from this building.

No to krótka historia Ashton Memorial. Wybudowano ja w latach 1907–1909 Przez milionera i przemysłowca ,Lorda Ashtona na część i pamięć jego drugiej żony ,Jessy .Koszt to aż 87 00 funtów ,co w przeliczeniu na wartość dzisiejsza daje jakieś 8,9 miliona Funtów! Dziś Budowla , a dokładnie jej wnętrze na parterze służy jako miejsce wystaw , oraz bankietów i wesel. No cóż zobaczy ją jeszcze trochę z zewnątrz i wejdźmy do środka , bo z tej budowli też mamy fajne widoki.
