I'm always thinking how can I bring value to our Hive Network. In the past I took extreme personal risks and this year I'm learning to take calculated risks and moving forward slowly. Sustaining my Hive journey and cultivating long term mind set is my focus in 2022.
I wanted say big thank you for everyone who voted for my Hive witness. I'm glad to be involved in the Hive governance again.
Now, I'm exploring what to do next with Hive.
Experimenting Crypto BnB in Sri Lanka is something I'm seriously considering. I came to Sri Lanka to attend my grandad's funeral. I decided to stay few more weeks extra to spend time with my family. Now I'm thinking of relocating to Sri Lanka for at least for a year. So I start testing a Crypto BnB idea.
I forget to mention, one of my new friend from Sri Lanka have started investing with Crypto and I will try to make him investing with Hive.

I grew up in Sri Lanka and lived in London for 20 years. Lived in Japan for 1.5 years before moving back to London.
I'm planning to have at least one crypto BNB ready by 1st March 2022 and I will focus on making guests work as a volunteer or exchange their skills for accommodation. If you do like to come before then, please let me know as well.

And I was always thinking you are Japanese as when I've met you, you came from Japan.
Joke aside, you are doing a fine job and maybe, crypto can improve the life in Sri Lanka. The people there need more freedom, financial at least. There are some resources, like the expensive cinnamon that is only there, but people don't benefit them. With crypto, they can take matters in their own hands.

The great thing that we have these days is that we can work from anywhere.

What equipment do you need to run a node on Hive and how much does it cost to do that? Is it worth it?

I purchased a Hive in a box virtual server with Privex.io and currently paying $40 per month. So I can access to my virtual hive node whenever I need to from my laptop.
Governance and DAO play important role in the future of our Hive Network. So I wanted to be part of Governance to influence positive changes to Hive.

A Crypto BnB should do well if you can market it to the crypto crowd.
You'll probably have to accept lots of different cryptocurrencies as payment and find a way to promote your BnB without annoying communities on various sub-reddits.
It starts with one crypto person staying with my CryptoBNB.
The first guest will always be the hardest.
