Concurso TBT: Unas buenas hamburguesas para empezar el año

Al llegar este año solo tenía una cosa en mente: comerme unas buenas hamburguesas. Diciembre con sus deliciosos e icónicos platillos navideños había pasado y aunque disfruté de cada comida no podía esperar a saborear una rica hamburguesa, me considero una persona de gustos sencillos y cuando tengo antojo de algo suele ser de comida rápida.

When arrived this year I had only one thing on my mind: eating some good hamburgers. December with its delicious and iconic Christmas dishes had passed and although I enjoyed every meal I couldn't wait to taste a delicious hamburger, I consider myself a person with simple tastes and when I crave something it is usually fast food.

La primera semana de enero tras las fiestas y la vuelta a la rutina, me dediqué a conseguir los mejores ingredientes y llegado el fin de semana preparé las hamburguesas que tanto anhelaba, para mejorar la experiencia las acompañé con unas crujientes papas fritas, creando el almuerzo perfecto para un viernes.

El primer bocado fue una explosión de sabores, el pan estaba muy suave y se sentía recién horneado, la carne estaba Justo en el punto que me gusta, jugosa y con un ligero toque a ajo y los vegetales estaban frescos y crujientes, disfruté cada mordida con mucho gusto, saboreando cada ingrediente y sintiendo cómo mi antojo se desaparecía con cada bocado.

Ese día, al terminar mi hamburguesa casera me sentí feliz y satisfecho, había logrado cumplir mi gran antojo y al mismo tiempo había disfrutado de una comida simple pero deliciosa, al fin y al cabo a veces las cosas más sencillas de la vida, como una buena hamburguesa casera, pueden ser las que nos brinden mayor satisfacción.
