[ESP/ENG] La histria detrás de una foto / Celebrando el Día del Amor

Hace siete años visité este restaurante llamado Habana Blues. Fue una recomendación que me hizo una trabajadora de mi esposo y esperamos una ocasión propicia para ir.

Cuando le comenté a mi esposo la propuesta que me habían hecho casi sin pensarlo, dijimos: ese es el lugar donde pasaremos el 14 de febrero y celebraremos el Día del Amor.

Recuerdo que el lugar nos encantó y no tanto porque tenga muchos lujos o una arquitectura de primer nivel. Lo que nos llamó la atención es que este lugar es atendido por artistas, músicos y trabajadores de la televisión cubana.

Nos atendieron con una calidad y un cariño que, más que estar al frente, por ejemplo, del locutor más popular de Cuba, creíamos que estábamos siendo atendidos por verdaderos especialistas del comercio y la gastronomía.

La comida estuvo excelente, aunque mi esposo no tuvo la misma opinión y, el surtido estuvo muy variado porque el menú traía frutas, entrante, plato fuerte, ensalada y postre.

Además de lo anterior, la elaboración de la comida fue de una calidad tal que mi esposo no tuvo más remedio que coincidir conmigo en tal aseveración.

Otro elemento distintivo del lugar es que, al igual que otros lugares emblemáticos de La Habana, como la Bodeguita del Medio y el Sloppy Bar las paredes del lugar están adornadas con las firmas de grandes personalidades del arte, la cultura, la ciencia, la política y otras esferas del saber que han visitado el lugar y han querido dejar con su firma a calidad del lugar.

Ese 14 de febrero de 2018 fue otro momento bello del amor que nos profesamos mi esposo y yo y que esta foto trata de inmortalizar para el resto de nuestras vidas.
