A farewell and welcome concert!

Hello to all my hive friends and specially to the "Qsounds" community❤. Today I want to share with you the return of a very important part of my life concerning music and that I have already been able to tell you a little bit about. It is about a concert where I was able to participate as an assistant and instructor of the musical nucleus last September 10th where I previously worked giving violin lessons, this on the occasion of saying goodbye to a priest who always opened the doors for all our activities.

Hola a todos mis amigos de hive y en especial a la comunidad “Qsounds”. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el regreso de una parte muy importante de mi vida concerniente a la música y que anteriormente ya les he podido contar un poco. Se trata de un concierto donde pude participar como ayudante e instructora del núcleo musical el pasado 10 de septiembre donde anteriormente laboraba dando clases de violín, esto con motivo de dar despedida a un sacerdote que nos abrió siempre las puertas para realizar todas nuestras actividades.

To understand a little more this "priest" to whom this tribute was made was the official father of the parish where our musical nucleus works because for many years the nucleus has not been lucky enough to have its own headquarters, for this reason, for some time the various priests who have passed through the community have allowed and have given the go-ahead for the orchestra to continue operating in these facilities without any problem.

Para que entiendan un poco mas este “sacerdote” al que se le hizo este homenaje era el padre oficial de la parroquia en donde funciona nuestro núcleo musical ya que durante muchos años el núcleo no ha tenido la suerte de contar con una sede propia, por este motivo, desde hace tiempo los distintos sacerdotes que han pasado por la comunidad han permitido y han dado el visto bueno para que la orquesta siga funcionando en esas instalaciones sin ningún problema.

For 7 years Father Joel Escalante has opened his doors to us as always and yesterday he said goodbye to us since he reached his time limit in the parish and was assigned to another church where he will continue to perform his duties. Thanks to this and to the approval of the orchestra to perform this concert, 20 children of the Alma llanera orchestra were summoned to perform a repertoire of five Venezuelan musical pieces and remember those concerts that we were used to perform daily.

Desde hace 7 años el padre Joel Escalante nos abrió las puertas como siempre y el día de ayer se le despidió ya que cumplió su tiempo limite en la parroquia y se le asigno otra iglesia donde seguirá realizando sus funciones. Gracias a esto y a la aprobación de la orquesta para realizar dicho concierto se convocaron 20 niños de la orquesta Alma llanera para realizar un repertorio de cinco piezas musicales venezolanas y recordar aquellos conciertos que estábamos acostumbrados a realizar diariamente.

After our participation another musical group of popular genre called "San Cristobal Municipal Band" was also presented, which delighted us with various musical pieces known in the region as "Pepe Mairena", "San Cristobal Guaracha", "Te soñé" among others, which made the public present happy and even dance.

Luego de nuestra participación también se presentó otra agrupación musical de genero popular llamada “Banda municipal San Cristóbal” el cual nos deleito con diversas piezas musicales conocidas en la región como “Pepe Mairena”, “San Cristóbal Guaracha”, te soñé entre otras, que hicieron alegrar y hasta bailar al publico presente.

Finally, although this concert was to say goodbye to the father, for us it was a kind of welcome to our musical work since next week we will start working again little by little with all the security measures to continue offering our students the musical learning they desire so much.

Finalmente, aunque este concierto fue para despedir al padre para nosotros fue una especie de bienvenida a nuestro trabajo musical ya que la próxima semana empezaremos nuevamente a laboral poco a poco con todas las medidas de seguridad para seguir ofreciendo a nuestros alumnos ese aprendizaje musical que tanto desean.
