It does work better on Peakd. Thanks.

Why does it ask for phone number?

Well, PeakD has a lot of strengths to it so I can't disagee.

I don't know the answer to this one, but I have my theories:

"Why does it ask for phone number?"

Any ideas? @chrisrice

I guess adding the phone number speeds up the onboarding.

It requires a phone number since we have to "pay" for the accounts we let new users create.

  • We don't pay in $USD or $HIVE but in Resource Credits.

So far, we only have 3,000+ credits, and without having some limit, one user could claim them all in one day @ahmadmangazap

I thought it was something like that... Can't you use Emails instead like Ecency?

Emails can be created for free . . and we don't have enough claimed accounts to risk losing them to a bot.

  • Our sign-up #Dapp is also instant, or near instant . . and I am not sure if Ecency's sign-up system is.
