It's basically Adobe being unable to compete with Figma. I talked to few folks. They all said Figma was easier to work with as newcomers. Adobe realized they were toast for future. Then they overpaid for Figma to protect their future. At least Figma creators got a huge paycheck for making a better product. !PIZZA

Yes. Maybe they can make a better product with the money they received.

P.S. I think some people thought Google overpaid for YouTube at the time of its purchase.
