Remedy? or just how you roll?

Yes, it sounds like a remedy. I remember when I was a teenager with almost double pneumonia, my doctor actually prescribed honey and lemon. Not a honey lover, I protested. However, he said honey is great for the throat, especially when coughing a lot. He said I'd notice a difference, and I did!

To me it was medicine I had to endure, but it did wonders!

Although it could be considered a remedy, in my case it is not. I'm glad for the health benefits. For a while I've been drinking ginger and honey tea. Since we have spicy hot honey, I sometimes add that instead of regular honey. The reason for adding Cayenne Pepper has to do with my mom reading about the health benefits. So, I figured adding a dash of it to my ginger and hot honey tea might be a good add. It totally is. I like the bite in the back of my throat.

It sounds like it would be good to clear the pollen out of the throat. Really good this time of year.
