Just make sure you're not deluding yourself with "diagnosing" things which are not there ( "PTSD, "trauma", or other insane substitues for what is actually the problem ), instead of accepting actual medical documentation and state of health..
I would definitely not want to be "checked on" by such delusional shits, and would use self defence hearing such insane nonsense, which is a delusional substitute for what the problem actually is.
