Exercise routine to keep you fit and happy with an orange cat

  1. Run from the bedroom to the living room and to the kitchen while the orange cat chases you for about 5 minutes. Don’t let it catch you! When the 5 minutes are up, catch it and shower it with kisses. It's great cardiovascular exercise.

  2. Play hide and seek in every corner. Try to avoid being discovered by the orange cat when you’re spying on it. Excellent exercise for developing good reflexes.

  3. Bend down and let the orange cat climb onto your back. Let it settle comfortably and transport it in this position from one side to the other. But be careful and avoid rough movements. Remember, you are its royal carriage, not a cheap cart. You’ll develop grace and elegance in your movements, even if your back hurts after the exercise.

  4. Conclude the session with lots of bear hugs and kisses for your orange kitty. You’ll have enough endorphins to face anything throughout the day.

That’s how my mornings are with Aioria when I wake up. 😅😂
