Surrealism over the city - watercolor on paper

Hello all dear friends Hivers and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing my very surreal watercolor painting. I imagined a large valley with buildings and skyscrapers on either side of it receding into perspective. The main protagonist of the landscape is space and sunlight with a large opening at the bottom to the surreal sky.

I created a sky where shapes chase and blur into each other or generate strong contrasts.

With yellow, I illuminated some of the buildings to make them more visible, because they catch the light of the solar opening.

Surrealismo sopra la città - acquarello su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e ben tornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido il mio dipinto ad acquarello molto surreale. Ho immaginato una grande vallata con ai lati dei palazzi e dei grattacieli che si allontanano in prospettiva. Il protagonista principale del paesaggio è lo spazio e la luce del sole con una grande apertura in basso al cielo surreale.

Ho creato un cielo dove le forme si rincorrono e si sfumano tra loro oppure generano contrasti forti.

Con il giallo ho illuminato alcuni palazzi per renderli più visibili, perchè essi prendono la luce dell'apertura solare.

Spero che il mio acquarello vi piace, condivido gli ultimi passaggi del processo creativo e vi mando un abbraccio spaziale.
