Good picks!

I think our generation gives Seger all his credit. He was everywhere and for good reason—every single thing he wrote was great. But the younger generations may not be as aware of him because he invested well when he was on top and now has plenty of money and doesn't really go out of the way to spread his music around. For awhile he was one of the holdouts on allowing his music to be purchased digitally. I remember being annoyed that I couldn't buy his music anywhere, so I gave up and bought some of his CDs used, had them sent over from the US, and ripped the music myself. He was also holding out on streaming for awhile. Did he finally give in and allow it? I don't use any streaming service so I don't know.

You know what, I am not sure on that one. I think you can listen to him on Spotify. I have a couple of his albums on vinyl and those are great. He gets a lot of love in the Michigan Record group I am in on Facebook.

Congratulations on your win , I didn't win but still had loads of fun and am glad to support the community!DOOK

I like all genres, but not a big lover of pop country at all. In fact I wsa just listening to an 80's country list while sorting my medicine earlier. Good choices this week.

80's country was some good stuff. I don't hate all the songs these days, but some of it is just a bit cringe for me.

Yeah, it was. When Lady by Kenny Rogers came on I thought I would wake up my wife when I started singing along with my cringy voice. LOL

Haha, that will happen sometimes!

Excellent content. Greetings.

Thank you!

Bruce talks about being tempted with silver and gold

Who knows! Most millionaires diversify their investments with gold and silver, !LOL

That doesn't shock me at all!

The recent known entertainers/actors who are stackers include Nicole Kidman, who stacks gold coins; John Larroquette, who has been seen in several coin shows picking up a variety gold and silver coins. But guess who else? Peter Teal, tech guy like yourself, invested $50 million in gold bars! And so did Ray Dalio and John Paulsen. These guys are to watch!

Interesting!

😂 Don't worry, keep on, you will win someday

Always feels full of yearning and regret that Night Moves, made you wonder what happened afterwards.

Indeed. It sounds like it was pretty mindless from the lyrics, but who knows...

Congratulations on winning some silver after all! That's fantastic!

Those were some fun songs, I haven't heard the Oak Ridge Boys in years now... Night Moves is another great song, you can't go wrong with Bob Seger. That really is Matt LeBlanc, I never realized it until I watched closely. That's funn!

I never realized it either. I was kind of surprised to see him there!

I know people love him, but I never got that into Springsteen. I'm just not so into the 'American dream' stories, but we each have our tastes. There will be bits of most genres that I can like.

Congrats on your win.

Thank you! I can understand that. I think a lot of people just don't like his voice. I honestly don't know a lot of his work beyond the hits, but Thunder Road is probably my favorite song of his.

I know the hits, but not the albums. The podcast series he did with Obama was interesting. He seems like a decent guy.

He really does. I didn't realize he was as close with Jon Bon Jovi as he is. They talk to each other frequently it sounds like.

I saw he was in the Bon Jovi documentary as they used to play the same clubs.

My belated congratulations with a win! Your faith has been rewarded @bozz

Thank you!
