Prima in alto, pian piano a mezz'aria, poi a terra. Questa è la "lotta" di queste due vespe crabro. Lo scontro è durato praticamente molti minuti e quello che ho osservato è una specie di lotta con le mandibole, un vero e proprio faccia a faccia terminato a terra.
Non ho trovato nulla a riguardo su questo comportamento, però è stata una scena molto suggestiva.
