We are happy to announce we have pushed 2 additional releases since last week's v0.8.0 release, mostly based on feedback from the community, as well as some issues reported or found by our team.
We would like to thank everyone who helped out reporting issues, but also appreciate how quickly playstore has been approving our changes (within a couple of hours from push)
So if you haven't updated your version to the latest release, we advise you do so to benefit from the added fixes
Listing of Fixes
v0.8.2:
- Fix issue with notifications support on android 13: We have received reports that notifications, particularly relating to the activity count, were not showing on some phones. This was related to Android 13 release. We pushed a fix for this. Users will need to allow notifications for the message to display.
- Fix issue with toast error messages not showing under various scenarios
- Fix issue with stingchat not directly refreshing after textual entry: We worked with peakd team to identify the reason, and we pushed the fix along the latest version 0.8.2
- Fix for a random crash issue
v0.8.1:
- Fix crash issue on actifit reports social page under special cases: This is mostly due to images being empty after upload, or being misplaced in the post image json data.
- Fix display issue for certain image cases
- Fix for battery notification remaining on main screen even when battery optimization is off
- Fix for issue with claiming extra rewards overnight without closing the app: This was mostly affecting the date not being refetched when checking ads counter
- Fix issue with lower menu bar not showing on some screen sizes (add scrollability)
- Fix crash issue on slider items

I wanted to report a bug in the app, because it is charging steps twice again.
An hour ago the Actifit app was showing me 14,000 steps and Huawei Health was only showing 7,000. That's why I turned off the app.
I don't want it to show 50,000 steps or more at the end of the working day.
I'm curious to know if others also have this error?

Althouh actifit's sensors are a bit more sensitive to movement, it should not diverge much from huawei health.
Were you driving on a bumpy road for example? this could be a reason to get some extra recorded steps.
