Another shoulders for boulders day.
A hot sweaty workout lasting two hours in a session both using free weights and cable machines.
A heavy pump achieved from increasing amounts of reps. No progression evident other than an increase in strength through gradual additions of routines.
Ending my workout with biceps. So far it is six different routines that started last year at only three.
I'm unsure of it is working but I'm sure I'm getting stronger.
