For my second run of the week, I decided to basically repeat the route I did on Tuesday but with one little shortcut to keep the distance to just over 13km.
My target today was to keep my heart rate in zone 2 as much as I could and try and forget about how slow I was progressing. I wasn't totally successful at this, but it helps when I stop for a couple of moments to take pictures.
Overnight , we had a lot of rain and a very heavy thunderstorm, and although that had cleared away before I left for work this morning, it was very humid today.
My pictures today are both from the Bath / Bristol cycle path part of my run.
