Today my nephew and I visited one of the hospitals near our house. Someone had to be visited because he was sick after a heart ring surgery. I was shocked because it turned out that there were so many people who had to undergo that procedure in the hospital.
It turned out that this disease was getting worse because of the poor quality of life due to an unhealthy lifestyle. I even thought that it was very scary and I reflected on myself, I have to be strong to live a healthy life starting from exercising and eating healthy regularly.
