Period day 2.
The stomach ache is a bit torturous, plus I think I'm not drinking enough water. I tried to run on the treadmill, even though it was a bit uncomfortable and it was miserable.
Listen to your body as best you can, I only did 5 km on the treadmill today. I was sweating a lot and stopped.

if u r in your period and feeling bad, it is ok to stop and begin after recovery
