A sunny not-so-lazy Sunday, with time for two walks! One in the morning, high intensity, enough to earn quite some GST on Step’n and some Sweat as well. The another one in the evening, together with my daughter, who doesn’t join me on the walks that often. The evening walk was more relaxing, along a beautiful road next to a small castle/farm.
